6. sorry will do better
My position is that no school should be doing this in this century. It's not appropriate in the 21st century. 30 states have outlawed this in schools, and they are the better performing states too. There is not need for hitting children in school.

I hate blind links & never click on them. If a poster wants me to take my time to visit a site, they can take a few minutes & provide a summary of what's being linked to.
