30,00 scientists against global warming: I need help debunking this load of BS...
I am debating someone over global warming. They said that we do not contribute at all to global warming. And of course they used the "30000 scientist petition" factoid to prove to me that he has science on his side.


I have read that the petition was a complete scam, either from DU or from somewhere else. I cannot find articles about it on google (other than proponent articles).

Do you guys have any sources?

Or just point out that the glaciers from which we have been pulling out ice cores that go back a half million years are themselves melting. That did it for me!
