Does this mean that our security is in the hands of competent and professional adults? I think so.

- the justification of the Patriot Act. Roving wiretaps, random searches and seizures, etc. I don't know if they've had to use any of those things, but the RW is trumpeting that as being the thing that made these arrests possible.
