2. Yeah, but it feels good to ruin a staffers day.
I always ask them how they can call themselves Democrats and work for the senator they work for.

You should really call, it's fun, and you'll feel a little better.

5. We can't all work for our ideal employers.
Stop being a fucking jerk to people that are just trying to pay the rent.

10. Wrong. I'm not being a jerk, I'm being an active voter.
If these people don't want to hear my complaints about the boss they work for then they can go fuck themselves or get another job.

We're way past being niece here, and if in your eyes that makes me a jerk, then so be it.

12. Your comments weren't solely directed at their boss.
That would be one thing, and is perfectly fine. Harassing them by saying they shouldn't consider themselves Democrats based on their boss' actions - which is what you said you've done - goes way over the line. That is not being an active voter, that's being a vindictive, deplorable individual.

3. I'm finding it harder and harder to vote for Carper in 2010
Only problem is that we have 2 senate seats running in 2010 and the the one seat, Joe Biden's old seat, might actually have some competition from the republicans. Republicans won't even bother running a strong candidate against Carper.

7. Wait, he did? (haven't looked at the votes yet today). Ok I'm good
I mean he is borderline blue dog dem that pisses me off enough times. But with the old Biden seat gearing up to be a hot race I'd rather focus on keeping that seat in the "D" column knowing that Carper is an easy win.

14. I know, but I think more of the outrage needs to go towards
Lincoln, Conrad, and Baucus. We can hold Nelson and Carper to their yes votes and probably convince them to support a stronger PO at the end of the day.
