They are selling us out in broad daylight, and they have to say SOMETHING.
So they'll just say their nonsense, and we'll get all huffy and puffy about it, and the world will move on, their mission accomplished.

They did it out of GREED and for the prospect of increasing wealth. :nuke:
Do about it? Not vote for another rabid Blue Dog. Primary them with a viable Progressive Democrat.

and not raising the deficit, but they weren't screaming about the deficit when Bush was running it up. I don't understand this. And I don't understand how DU Blue Dogs can defend their behavior.

The "back end" of subsidizing unregulated and ever increasing medical insurance costs and premiums will make this 'budget neutral solution a hell of a lot more expensive than a straight up public option.
