Now is the time to demand Baucus be removed or resign
Call Reid and demand that Baucus be removed - or resign - if only due to conflict of interest and his devotion to his masters - the Health Insurance Industry. He certainly has made sure they are taken care of with his pro insurance anti-citizen bill.

Call your own Senators and demand what we need in this country that 65% of the American People support, that 70% of Doctors support and 100% of the disgusting health industry fat cats and Republican hypocrites are against.

Now is the time to plan to support any and all Democratic primary opponents to those Blue Dog Democrats who insist on denying the American people what they want. Frankly if we lose the seats, I really don't care, because what good are they anyway. Fuck that.

WE are the majority. WE mandated for Health Care reform - real reform - with the sweeping victory in 2008.

Now is the time to stop expecting they will do the right thing and start insisting.

Write. Call. Demand.

I am not just a Democrat. I am an activist for my party, even a leader in my small world and definitely a political grunt on the front line. I seriously doubt that I can retain such enthusiasm if my party screws this up.

Remove Baucus, shut the rest the hell up, get a plan that actually helps someone who is not already dripping money.

We voted for change. Make it happen.

2. I don't think he would consider it - Does not mean I can't
demand. I am sure that his personal relationship with Max Baucus takes priority over anything the American People want, need or desire. They are certainly not listening, we have to be louder.

6. These Senators are not Democrats. They are corporate pawns who have
used the Democratic Party to infiltrate congress. The party needs to banish them, make their lives miserable and ruin their careers.
