Since people love palin threads - I don't think she has any intention on going for the presidency |
|

She can make more money on the bait of it - she energizes the crazies
I don't believe she has any intention to go for the presidency - it is too much work - she can make more money from the crazies than from the presidency and not have all the work - she has not intention to do that work or that crap or anything that takes a brain
I see palin threads all the time and they get voted up - so here for those palin followers

2. About that keyword 'hide thread' function... |
|
Why are we giving her the time of day?

3. I hide every palin thread and vote it down - and some of the others too |
|
I just tired of the threads put up here lately and ones that get voted down have to do with the people standing up to the crap congress is trying to feed us and the news media

12. she's a novelty? With so many things that are in crisis and/or dire right now... |
|
maybe? I dunno. I'm fascinated by her - but not because of admiration or respect, I'm curious about her strange lack of consciousness normally acquired by the average adult.
Now I feel guilty - maybe she really does have the mental age of a pre-teen, if that, due to some congenital or psychological abnormality. Doesn't mean I consider her credible - either way. Narcissism is one disorder that is almost, by definition, undiagnosable...
I just wish she'd learn to put a sentence together. I still find it hard that she did (or was *able* to) graduate with a BA in journalism. That makes zero sense to me unless she does have a condition that would explain the discrepancy. I don't know. Of course, I'm hypothesizing. But admittedly I'm curious - in an incredulous sort of way when her name pops up on the TV machine....
Now I feel like a bad person for considering her a distracting curiosity if she really does suffer from some incapacity...
I don't know. (Clearly.)

4. I agree that she will never run for President |
|
but she has (and uses) her ability to rile up her crazy followers. She has the ability to spew her hate and venom in such a way that her fellow Xtainists pledge frightening "action" in her name. She is dangerous IMO. The Beck and Bachmann kind of dangerous. That is why I watch her - not because I think she will run for President.

8. Palin plays for Palin=money, more money and then...more money. |

She has no idea what public service is all about. Easy to be a quitter when you have no stake in the claim.

9. I completely agree with you. **However**.... she will NOT admit this until |
|
she has to - because sharing that fact publicly will serve only to cause people to find her immediately irrelevant and less-than-interesting (at best) whether you love her or some other very opposite opinion. : ).
She'll wait to the last minute because that's her only ticket to being a celebrity, asked to speak, and (primarily) haulin' in money with the least amount of effort possible.
I did find it interesting on one of the news shows today (Matthews, maybe?) when they mused about her ability to actually talk about whatever her book is about. HAH! As IF she's going to talk to people who only want to "trip her up" on what she does or doesn't know - like things in her book or something blindsiding like that.... She may do interviews, but they'll be so contrived, directed and per her list of restrictions they'll be as relevant as she is.
She's a con man, (woman) nothing more. She's a facade... a ploy. At least that's my view. She will play up the notion of running (undoubtedly with winks and her usually statements that provide no information - other than clarifying her complete inability to form, speak or create a coherent sentence, much less thought).
I feel sorry for those who have to deal with her - or her misdirected, high-school-ish sense of mean spirited adversarial revenge.
Narcissism is ugly enough, but narcissism with blatant vapidity is truly disturbing.
She's not going to run, but don't expect to hear her say anything about that for a looonnnnng time...

10. That was what I meant by the bait - no she won't admit it - the media |
|
continue to fawn over her - and showing Delay dancing is another one - they give these people air time - if they at least called them out it would be different - Your words say exactly what I think - thanks for sharing - she is a con man, shyster, travel snake oil salesman and the teasbagger types eat this crap up and the media has sidelined out health care because of these shysters.

13. Never say never. By my reckoning, she could run for the office as late as 2024. n/t |

I wouldn't be surprised if she goes back to her roots in northern Idaho and reinvents herself. After all, Sandpoint is only 40 miles from Hayden Lake, home of the Aryan Nations.

14. She has a 1% chance of ever becoming President or V.P. but a 100% chance... |
|
.....of making a butt load of money over the next couple years.
I really don't blame her though - She was mindin' her own business grifting Penny ante vacations, per diems and building supplies when that stupid old bastard McCain drove a dump-truck full of money up to her front door.

16. your'e right they drove the dump truck up to her door - she was already |
|
scamming money from alaska and got her a nice house and who knows what else - but once the GOP dressed her up, she thought she was something else - and people were ready to pay big bucks for a pretty face without brains.
Gosh I am so glad we have Michele and Jill as the faces of women in our government now
