What if the concept of "Corporate Personhood" was corrected - Will the politicians still tow the |
|
corporation lines?
That's something to ponder...
If a law was enacted to remove the concept of "corporate personhood" and removed because corporates are not living and breathing entity, will the politicans still line their pockets with the corporation?

1. That depends on several factors. |
|
1) Define the term "correction" in terms of this debate. 2) What restrictions would you place upon corporations? 3) Would these corrections make corporations illegal?
If you could please help me, I would like to put a picture into my posts if possible. Thank you.

2. OK to answer your question... |
|
1) i.e., remove the concept of the idea "corporate personhood" exists.
2) That they are to provide jobs, pay their fair share of taxes, and executive bonuses are tied to performance. Poor = Firing offense, Good - no change, Excellent - 10% bonus on top of what they earn. They cannot earn no more than 10X the nearest top labor pay.
3) No, it would not be made illegal, but it severely curtails the concept of the lobbyists (illegal) and Senators or Congresspeople who gets bought by corporations will be found guilty of RICO, sentenced to the maximum in AdMax. In short, try to bribe the federal employees, get caught, BOTH the guilty parties will serve time in prison, all assets revoked/frozen/transferred to U.S. Treasury, said corporation forced to sell to the local union, giving the employees right to own and operate the corporation.
