Businesses use this site to get rid of unwanted inventory, it's not necessarily from businesses that have gone bankrupt.

It looks like a good place to shop for homeless shelters, etc, who need donations of clothing. Or maybe buy a big lot of stuff, let the kids and their friends choose some things, and then donate the rest. It probably doesn't cost any more than taking the kids to Target, and some other kids who need new clothes get some too.
Do you have a link to the news story? It'd be nice to know whether customers are happy and whether the buying process goes smoothly and so on. Thanks for posting this!

Although some people buy in quantities and sell it on Ebay. So did the reporter said who featured the story.
