Imagine.
Imagine if the pollsters actually sampled the poor in their surveys.

I just read this: http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=102x4083661

That 63 percent of Americans, even though most are happy with their healthcare and health insurance, are willing to pay for healthcare reform. That means that at least that many Americans support health care reform.

Now imagine if they sampled the poor who cannot afford to even see a doctor let alone health insurance and asked them if they supported health care reform. What would the numbers be like then?

If only we could get 51% of the Senate to represent their constituency, Health Care Reform would be a reality now. Imagine that.

1. But, how many of them vote? Unless the poor become a threat to incumbency, they don't matter...
at least in any substantive way.
