The current law limits contributions $2000 per person/per candidate ..
But shouldnt that be restricted to the candidate from your constituency ... If a congressman/senator is running from a district I dont have my primary residency in - then I should not be allowed to contribute.
Big companies exploit this loophole in a bigway ... it is time to fix this.

The biggest opponents of this idea were African-American Democrats, who objected on the basis that their constituents were mostly poor, therefore necessitating them to raise money from outside of their districts.
