The traitorous and criminal activities against our President and our country.
I don't how else you could define it?

The popular webpage, FaceBook, had a poll whether or not the President should be killed? That's right! A poll whether or not our President should be killed! If that is not criminal, I don't know what is? The FBI should have every name that agreed with that poll. This is disturbing.

Also, it was reported by some folks at the right-wing, Newsmax, that "Extremists who oppose the president have begun fantasizing about a military coup to overthrow Obama.

Newsmax columnist John Perry wrote Tuesday that President Obama "is inviting" a military coup and that it might not be such a bad thing: "Imagine a bloodless coup to restore and defend the Constitution through an interim administration that would do the serious business of governing and defending the nation. Skilled, military-trained, nation-builders would replace accountability-challenged, radical-left commissars."

Newsmax subsequently took the column down. A spokesperson told Talking Points Memo, "Newsmax strongly believes in the principles of Constitutional government and would never advocate or insinuate any suggestion of an activity that would undermine our democracy or democratic institutions." However, she also defended Perry's column, saying that he "clearly stated that he was not advocating such a scenario but simply describing one." http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2009/09/30/obama-coup-fantasized-abo_n_304231.html

If this is not traitorous, then what is??

1. TITLE 18 > PART I > CHAPTER 115 > § 2385Prev | Next § 2385. Advocating overthrow of Government
http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/18/usc_sec_18_00002385----000-.html

Whoever knowingly or willfully advocates, abets, advises, or teaches the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying the government of the United States or the government of any State, Territory, District or Possession thereof, or the government of any political subdivision therein, by force or violence, or by the assassination of any officer of any such government; or
Whoever, with intent to cause the overthrow or destruction of any such government, prints, publishes, edits, issues, circulates, sells, distributes, or publicly displays any written or printed matter advocating, advising, or teaching the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying any government in the United States by force or violence, or attempts to do so; or
Whoever organizes or helps or attempts to organize any society, group, or assembly of persons who teach, advocate, or encourage the overthrow or destruction of any such government by force or violence; or becomes or is a member of, or affiliates with, any such society, group, or assembly of persons, knowing the purposes thereof—
Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both, and shall be ineligible for employment by the United States or any department or agency thereof, for the five years next following his conviction.
If two or more persons conspire to commit any offense named in this section, each shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both, and shall be ineligible for employment by the United States or any department or agency thereof, for the five years next following his conviction.
As used in this section, the terms “organizes” and “organize”, with respect to any society, group, or assembly of persons, include the recruiting of new members, the forming of new units, and the regrouping or expansion of existing clubs, classes, and other units of such society, group, or assembly of persons.

The stuff I have seen seems to have crosssed the line between "free Speech" and advocating the overthrow of the government.

3. I truly don't understand why this law is not being enforced against these RW'ers.
Never during the 8 miserable years of Bush, did I ever hear any Democrat suggest a military coup to overthrow him, despite the fact that he was appointed, despite his lying us into a war, despite his flagrant abuse of constitutional law and signed treaties.

That fucker at NewsMax was clearly advocating someone in the military do this, and I don't know how anyone could read his shit-piece any differently. He should answer in court.
