Either that, or they're trying to hide the fact that they're posting the same ad over and over again (spamming).

That blob of text at the bottom is an attempt to get indexed by Google for as many keywords and phrases as possible in order to attract traffic to the website he mentions in the main body of the post.

It was probably done by some kind of automated software that's scraping text from Google results and concatenating a bunch of it. This looks like it was done rather ineptly.
