No helicopters...as the enemy isn't the same kind of force that the Viet Cong were.

Bush the fool, delayed action in Afghanistan to the point that the enemy became like insects. Insects like the Viet Cong or the Pakistan Taliban can't be defeated this way. We can only win after THEY try to re-establish themselves as a nation. Then we've got them.
