Looks like Apple changed its mind about the iPod single payer app |
|
I just learned about what looks like a pretty cool iPhone app called iSinglePayer: After a week of negative press and debate with the developer of iPhone application iSinglePayer, Apple Inc. approved a health care policy tool that features data from the Center for Responsive Politics to show how much money individual lawmakers have collected from the health sector. According to the description of the application, you can use it to "automatically determine your local congressional district and state; call your local member of Congress, or any member of Congress, without looking up any phone numbers; see how much money each member of Congress has accepted from the health insurance industry and find the key players in the health care debate quickly."

2. I just downloaded it, but... |

...on my iPhone (still running 2.whatever), it crashes on launch. :( Well, the app will probably be updated soon (or I'll finally make the jump to 3.1 where it will probably work fine).
