A typical Republican?
Edited on Wed Oct-14-09 06:59 PM by stuball111
I was driving home today, and was following a pickup with two guys in it. I saw a bumper sticker that had Ted Kenndey's name on it, so I sped up a bit to read it. It said "Vote for Ted Kennedy, A Blond in Every Pond" I immediately got a bit mad when I saw that, and then noticed the "Bush Cheney" Sticker on the back window. I followed them for a few blocks on a two lane road that turned into a four lane.

The guy was driving 10 mph under the speed limit all the way and although I was a safe distance back I could tell the guy was lollygagging just to piss traffic off. The car behind me was right on my bumper, and as soon as I hit the 4 lane, the redneck in front of me saunters into the left lane, so I passed him on the right and as I went by, his buddy, decked out in cammo, gives me the finger! For what? I dunno, so although I don't usually mess with people in traffic, I casually returned the finger, and drove on. The guy speeds up and drives beside me flashing the finger and making a masturbatory gesture on his finger, with the passenger doing the same. I flashed them the "Peace" sign and turned off at my street.

I know now that conservatives are of a breed that don't fit well into normal society. Here was a couple of guys, just itching to cop attitude with anybody that happened along. I wasn't tailgating except to look at the bumper sticker, yet here's a couple of yots just looking to create havoc in traffic in a country known for it's popularity with guns and shit. Not too bright if you ask me. The odds will run out with attitudes like that, and sooner or later, somebody with less patience and sense of humor may retaliate in a not so nice way. If this is a typical conservative, the world is better off without them.

As for the Ted Kennedy sticker, that's just plain sick man....he's asking to get his truck burned to the ground!~

1. Not conservatives.
Republicans.

And the Ted Kennedy thing is just a smidge beyond standard fare.

4. Republicans tend to be mean-spirited SOBs
Not all of them are, but I find this is generally the case.

5. My advice is to keep your distance from drivers like that.
They could be dangerous.

Whenever I see a vehicle with obnoxious RW stickers, I keep my disdain to myself. Instead of feeling rage at them, you could instead try feeling sorry for them for having such a screwed up mindset.
