How great would that be? We all have ones we would like to ignore all the time or when they come up and it would be easier than x-ing each individual thread. Now that would be something.

1. We could have used that when Bush was president.

Bush seems to have an unlimited number of aliases here.

2. How about you just use your own brain, decide for yourself which threads to read, and/or respond to?
Pretty radical idea, dontchyathink? :banghead:

5. You must have missed the part where I alluded to the tedious thread by thread ignore.
That's the point and it's not too radical, dontchaythink? :banghead:

14. I'm with elocs on this. . DU has periodic tabloid outbreaks due to
an over exposure to MSM. It would be useful to me to be able to keyword out pages of threads on the "scandal du jour".

11. Just think if you could just once type "balloon" and they would all be gone
rather than doing it thread by thread. DU always has to have an obsession with something. "Good Citizens Check for Duplicates" is the most widely ignored rule around here.

10. I'm probably pretty close to that now.
Plus, I'm on so many ignore lists that I'm surprised when anyone can read what I post.

13. Beck Freeperville and some other words would certainly be on my remove list so I wouldn't have to
several seconds each thread reading the title going, "NO!". So, I agree, and was going to post something the other day saying this, so thanks.

Please Admins, make a word skip function for thread titles. (if there is something, let me know)

The best you can probably hope for is for someone more talented than I to create a Greasemonkey script.
