any stimulus is going to have temporary benefits only.
people without jobs don't buy shit. people not buying shit means your economy sucks. people buying imported shit at walmart isn't going to fix anything.
i find it truly sad that no matter how much you pay for a shirt, it's still made in Bangladesh. i have nothing against the Bangladesh textile industry, but there used to be a US industry as well. until we decided that Americans wanted too much money for the labor.
