It's not nuke-powered, which of course will make some DU'ers very happy, and others very angry at its massive appetite for petroleum. Maybe we could just leave the thing anchored in international waters much of the time.

I imagine that its Carbon-footprint is large.

I like the ideas of shuffle-board and water skiing. I also want an air-force of dirigibles to be based on-board. They would make a great low-carbon air force to use in our prodigious nonviolent direct actions.
