I know, sounds picky, but DU doesn't get to pick which ads show up on the page, the ads are generated by the words that appear on the page.
BTW, if you click on the ad, the person who runs the ad pays for the click. That's how it works. Not that I'm suggesting you click on ads that annoy you.
