We'll Make Great Pets

We cannot handle the long term survival of our planet or the welfare of the least among us, but we can do tricks like nobody's business. We like to hoard nuts for winter like the squirrels. We poke the galatic fire with a big, pointy stick and watch the sparks spread out. We are amazed by the noises that come out of our bodies and heads. We think we're pretty clever.
