2. Now I'm wondering if it will become the Fox News competitor for the most misinformation and hatred.

5. Nope. MSNBC is the new darling, since their (rather self conscious!) re-packaging
as "the liberal version of Fox news."

I find Chris Matthew's "I've ALWAYS been a leftie!" act particularly amusing--a lot of us remember what your show was like during 8 years of W, Mr. Matthews! :hi:

7. No kidding, Comcast is about $$ first politics 2nd.
So long as MSNBC drives in ad revenue, KO and Maddow (and Matthews and the rest) will still have their gigs. Nothing will change. Comcast isn't like Murdoch where they're in it for the money and the power. Comcast is just in it for the money.

6. My local Comcast carries Fauxnews and its business channel in HD. Not so for MSNBC.
I'm guessing this is gonna change real soon.

8. Glad I switched to DIRECTV last year
Comcast hit me with one too many arbitrary fee increases and I bolted. I haven't regretted the decision.

9. I've been pretty happy with them
because the service I have is everything but the premium channels, meaning I get Ovation and Link, two of the best reasons I know to have pay TV.

TCM can be good, too, but today is Woody Allen day. Ugh.
