Plain and simple, every death in Afghanistan after voting against funding is on the heads of those who vote against.
Those who vote for it take no such risk because all deaths are on Obama's head once he's been given the money.

They are already replacing the troops withdrawn in iraq. We will now get to pay for for-profit, publicly traded corporations and their private armies fighting corporate wars over access to and ownership of resources and territory. That defense budget only gets bigger.
