Congressional Staffers EXEMPTED from new HC Insurance Bill???

Neil Cavuto, Fox, just did a story stating that Sen.Reid
and others are working to make it so their staffers do
not have to participate in the new HCInsurance Bill.

Is it that bad. Congress has always had a very bad habit
of exempting themselves from the laws they pass for the
rest of us, but this takes the cake.
