I could support this escalation, if:

I could support this escalation, if:
The private contractors were eliminated.

We had a Department of Peace in charge.

Bush and Cheney were charged with war crimes.

A real plan for peace was clearly laid out.

A legitimate government was in place in Afghanistan.

There was a real plan for securing Pak's nukes.

Congress had a real drawn out discussion, like with Health Care reform.

All this and more, then I might be able to get behind this new surge.
As it is I feel like I am being told to take it and STFU.
