There is no such thing as Afghanistan.
This whole idea of a place called "Afghanistan" is just a silly fabrication of the BushObama administration! Seriously, have any of you ever bothered to look at a map?

Tell me now, where is Afghanistan?

Right, it's not there, is it? So why are we spending all of this money on a location that doesn't even exist in the world?

10. If you don't understand what imperialism means, you probably shouldn't use the word
I'm starting to learn that my fellow liberals' vocabularies are as limited as the troglodytes on the other team. Distressing.

3. This map is too small to pin point the location of Raytheon, Xe, KBR, Boeing , etc.
That is, in essence, "Afghanistan".

7. tru.. It's just a name we've assigned to a geographical area where
the inhabitants refer to themselves, and think of themselves as members of specific tribes & clans.

There is no Afganistan, and I don't think there's ever been one.

9. Well sure there's an Afghanistan.
It's the place mothers have been burying children for centuries.

The geographic entity now known as Afghanistan has a very long history, and has been an ancient focal point of the Silk Road and migration. It is an important geostrategic location, connecting East and West Asia or the Middle East. The land has been a target of various invaders, as well as a source from which local powers invaded neighboring regions to form their own empires. Ahmad Shah Durrani created the Durrani Empire in 1747, which is considered the beginning of modern Afghanistan.<11> Its capital was shifted later from Kandahar to Kabul and most of its territories ceded to neighboring empires. In the late 19th century, Afghanistan became a buffer state in "The Great Game" played between the British Empire and Russian Empire.<12> On August 19, 1919, following the third Anglo-Afghan war, the country regained independence from the United Kingdom over its foreign affairs.

Just in case that wasn't snark ...... and I don't don't know what is and what isn't here anymore.

14. The "they make our stuff" area is mislabeled.
It should be up further north in the "communists" area. Other than that, it looks very accurate. I'm surprised someone was able to finally map it. :P
