And, these two latest appointees look like some interesting Judges.

4. Louis Butler will make an excellent district court judge
He served on the Wisconsin Supreme Court until he was unseated by a dim bulb of a county judge who ran racist TV ads. (Hang head in shame for Wisconsin's lack of discernment.) His background is in the real world, and you can't get much more real than being a public defender.

8. You notice the republicans are holding up the appointments
like they did with Clinton. That way they think they are going to win the White House in 2012 and have all those vacancies they can fill. They do it every time.
