Well, maybe we could give everyone in the top 10th of 1% a thousand serfs of their own. They could use the serfs for whatever they want--servants, farm laborers, chicken packing plant workers, organ donors, etc. That will not only help a lot with the population problem, but put a whole lot of Americans to work.
