Let's REALLY save traditional marriage...

How about completely banning divorce?

We can do it in the states of New York, Maine, California and Florida first!

It's got more balls than that wimpified tactic of just going after gay folk.

PROTECT MARRIAGE, BAN DIVORCE!

2. Yes, and let's make stoning adulterers a new reality TV show.

It would probably draw a bigger audience than another boring golf tournament. (Sorry, Tiger.)

Arranged by lottery.

4. I'd rather see civil unions for all and let churches confer this "marriage" thing as they see fit.
But I do like what you're saying. :-)

7. Adultery should be made illegal too. That's more of a threat to marriage than gay people.

8. So true, so very very true. WAY, WAY, WAY more. I've even known
gays who've married straight and never divorced. But adultery has killed off the marriages of every couple I've known who divorced--including my own.

9. A Congress where probably 75% of members have mistresses? Good luck outlawing that.

10. True, and it would rob the most hypocritical of the RRR morality poliice in Congress
of their dramatic pleas for "Christian" forgiveness from their followers--and votes.
