Soldier's mother learning more about daughter's death

The mother of Staff Sargeant Amy Seyboth Tirador says whoever shot her daughter was smart. "It was made to look like a suicide," says Colleen Murphy, "but I know it's not."

Tirador's death, according to the military, happened on November 4th and was non-combat related.

Her parents have said she was shot in the back of the head on a military base in Iraq, and they say it was not an accident and not a suicide.

On the phone Thursday, Murphy said she had heard new information about her daughter having been on her way to work at 8 p.m. on November 3rd but never making it to the building that contained her office.

Instead, Murphy says, Tirador's body was found in a different building around 1 p.m. the next afternoon.
