Mayor: Pres. Blocked Christmas Special
I think he meant muslin.

The mayor of a Memphis suburban city accused President Barack Obama of deliberately timing his speech about the war in Afghanistan this week to block the airing of the "Peanuts" Christmas television special.

He also attacked the president's supporters, saying they should move to a Muslim country.

1. Reality scoops the Onion once more.
If reality keeps up at this pace, the Onion will no longer be able to create satire that has not happened.

2. Yeah, that's right ...
the only thing President Obama worried about prior to giving that speech was when the "Peanuts" Christmas television special would air. Not only is he vehemently against Christmas, he's also against Peanuts, both the comic strip and the food. Giving the speech at that exact moment was the only way he could piss on all three things at once.

5. Of course.
Because the President of the United States of America has nothing better to do than read the TV schedules for every obscure American jerkwater hick town and figure out how to block as many animated Christmas TV specials as possible.

6. Just so he doesn't
pre-empt the Tele Tubbies. That would be a real scandal.
