The difference between health care and real estate is not only moral. It is also that people using the house they buy does not effect the real estate agent's bottom line. People using the health insurance they buy does effect the insurance companies bottom line. There is a financial incentive to stop people from using their insurance while there is no financial incentive to keep people from using their house. (damn, Bill missed that one)
