WHY does CNN allow known, proven liars like Senator Inhofe, (R-Septic Tank) to use their air time to
spew hateful, divisive, erroneous and stupid claptrap into our living rooms?

I just flipped the TV on to hear him telling Wolf Blitzer that the US could easily be self-sufficient in energy. The other guest(sorry, didn't get the name)said that was not true---we have 3% of world's oil reserves and use 25% of world production. So Inhofe is allowed to close the discussion by saying that THAT is not true because we have the world's largest oil reserves!!!

A quick look-see into "known oil reserves in the world" finds we are twelfth on the list, with 21 billion barrels of reserves. The Saudis have 267 billion; Iran---138 billion; Iraq---115 billion; Kuwait---104 billion ; UAE---98 billion.

Not only does Blitzer not challenge the statement of Mr. Inhofe, he quickly segues into a promo of their coverage of global climate change: "Is it truth or trick?"

Now would not be the time for someone to mention "liberal media" to me!

10. Yeah, well, he was a Virginia resident all along - they can keep him.
He still owes Penn Hills over $100K that he stole pretending his kids lived there.

5. The Canadian reserves dwarf the Saudis or anyone else
unfortunately, it's in the form of tar sands.

There was a big National Geographic article on this just a few years ago, very well researched and written for the lay person, complete with fold out maps and shit.

6. This is called hearing both sides of the argument. Same reason why they open their airwaves to the
Liars in 2004 and continue repeating so many lies in general.

If a Republican say, "the earth is flat": CNN will say "many say: the earth is round", but some now say: the earth is flat ). You decide.
I noticed Gibbs started to react to the "some say". It is a welcome move.

11. CNN is so stupid as to not kow that the reason
their ratings are in the toilet is the fact that they are kissing republican butt. They think they can give Fox a run for their money. They don't realize that Fox lies about their viewership. CNN gets worst every day.

12. He is a senator
so I guess it's ok to put him on the air. They don't like to fact check guests after they leave because it's thought to be classless. Even Rachel and KO try to avoid fact ripping on a guest after they stopped the interview. Sort of digging a person who is no longer on the air to defend themselves. Yet they have no people who apparently know things that can feed information to their host while the guest is still there. So you basically get no fact check for guests almost ever. Unless I guess you want to go look them up yourself. That's the explanation. Not sure I agree with these news channels policies though. I guess they think if you did that sort of stuff they'd lose access. Like somehow access to liars is valuable.
