An idea re: Medicare expansion and a Trigger
Y'know I'm actually okay with this Medicare expansion, with an additional consideration from where it is.

Y'know that trigger they've been discussing? Well let's put that back in so that every 2 years if costs for private under 55 health insurance and health care doesn't become affordable, Medicare is extended downward another 10 years. So if in two years costs aren't down and affordable, Medicare extends down to 45, then in two more years, it would extend down to 35 and so on.

Just an idea what do you think?

3. yeah, as I've recently written to the Harry Reid:
The insurance cartels pulled the trigger a long time ago. Now, they're emptying the chamber.

4. ouch! I'd be careful of any gun references in letters to DC
although I'd figure out a way something equally as harsh.

5. Didn't even think of that. But they're the ones who called it a trigger and I have
heard some pundits on the left on television say the trigger is a gun pointed at the head of the American people. So, hopefully, it will be taken in the spirit it was written.

7. Make it every 6 months beginning Feb 1 2010 and I'd be all for it
I would want to make sure the electorate sees the result of a so-called trigger before the 2010 election. This would also allow for 5 potential triggers before 2012.

Feb 1 2010 - Medicare Expanded to include everyone 55+ AND their children up to age 25
Aug 1 2010 - Expanded to Include everyone 45+
Feb 1 2011 - Expanded to Include everyone 40+
August 1 2011 - Expanded to Include everyone 35+
Feb 1 2012 - Expanded to include everyone 30+
August 1 2012 - Expanded to Include everyone 25+
