Senate Judiciary Committee schedules next “Executive Business Meeting” for December 10, 2009

Judicial nominations to be up for a vote include:

  • Denny Chin, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Second Circuit
  • Rosanna Malouf Peterson, to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Washington
  • William M. Conley, of Wisconsin, to be United States District Judge for the Western District of Wisconsin

Denny Chin is likely to receive a vote as he was held over last week.
