Are Dems still caving to the Minority's every wish?
I can't bear to watch politics anymore. So to bridge my addictive gap, I'm really into ESPN, because battles are settled on the field of play. No John Boehner. No Mitch McConnell. No "dems" caving on core principles.

Is there any reason I should watch Rachel tonight? I heard the public option is predictably dead. Why are Joe Lieberman and Susan Collins dictating policy?

1. Yes. "Bipartisanship" means "Apologize For Winning The Election".
n/t.

2. Sen. Sanders is on Rachel on the first segment......
You might want to hear his take,
although the devil is in the details.
He sounded quite encouraged, considering.

5. Cause unlike the GOP, the don't have the media on their side?
And the media, everyday, shows how they can make or break just about anybody...
just ask Tiger.
Than look at Sen. Ensign situation,
and realize that the media literally chooses
who they will go after.

7. Sorry, but Tiger does not Equal John Ensign
Tiger is an American Icon.

Ensign is an obscure senator from NV, and unless you're political junkies like us, those Ensign/Sanford/C Street people don't find themselves on the cover of People.

9. Right......Tiger was never elected to anything,
but somehow the fact that he cheats on his wife is more important,
than a Senator who not only does the same, but pays them off as well.

To me, the media should be camped out at Ensign's home, not Tiger's.
cause Tiger never held himself off as a perfect man with "family Value"....
that's what Ensign did.

As for Ensign being Obscure, he is only that because the media
has decided to give him a pass...because they decide who will be obscure
and who won't. That's why the chick and her hubby who snuck into the State Dinner
are more famous than one of the 100 who actually has power over our policies.

3. "bipartisanship" means manufacture a high-falutin'-sounding prefab excuse
for failing at something you WANT to fail at.

The fix was in before Obama was elected. The financial-sector oligarchs summoned Obama and his crew to their offices and told them how it would be. This whole "debate" has been a charade. We live in an oligarchy.
