Britain's Taking Back Bonus Cash From Bankers - Why No Recs Yet?

I'm puzzled.

There's http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=102x4177273">an LBN story currently on DU's front page about how Britain is grabbing back some of the bonus money their bankers paid themselves with taxpayer cash, and there are no recs. Hell, it's <0 - I guess some at DU want bankers to pay themselves zillions with their tax dollars.

What does a government have to do around here to win applause? Is everyone at DU just asleep or hung over?
