15. The people in Uganda who introduced the "Kill the Gays"

bill are members of the Family, as are Inhofe, Brownback, Coburn, Ensign, etc. The concept for the bill was discussed at the Ugandan National Prayer Breakfast, and there is a possibility that Inhofe was there, but Jeff Sharlett hasn't been able to prove that yet.

If all of the above isn't bad enough, the 2 Ugandan politicians who are backing this legislation are planning to come to the US to attend our National Prayer Breakfast, which is a function of the Family; however, there is a rift developing in the Family over this legislation. Inhofe refuses to speak out against it because he doesn't want to "get involved" in Ugandan politics (it never stopped him before). What a steaming POS he is.

28. I would hope so, but I have my doubts. In this country if you have money, thump the

bible and talk about god and jesus you get a lot of creditability. Look at what the KKK did under the guise of christianity. Many Americans keep their heads in the sand about many issues for many varied reasons.

Many have trouble just surviving without getting concerned about other issues. That allows a group like The Family, for example, to prosper. I think it's tragic when they operate within the US gov. I find it all unbelievable it is so backwards and horrible.

Best opening sequence ever, but beyond that Scott is absolutely amazing throughout the whole movie. I also love him for the fact then when nominated for Best Actor for his role as Patton he never showed up at the Oscars because, as he said, "there was a hockey game on".
