I speculated on Nov 5th that Diaz might be a SCOTUS prospect given his young age and the length of the vacancy of the seat that he would be filling.

Dems will expand their majority of this once considered most conservative court in the nation:

the Republican appointees dominate the court, when actually there are more Dem appointees. That's all great, but as a fan of accurate statistics, I must object.
