Rethugs responding to Grayson on Tweety yesterday said in an official release that Grayson's parents should not have gone past first base.
I love Alan Grayson - he 'gets' to them big time.
Heard that on Morning JoeScum.

and on the floor of the Senate no less. Grayson just said the "polite" version STFU. I nevah heard the RW criticize Cheney for saying that to Leahy.

If somehow most Dems were like Grayson I think the Repubs would completely go catatonic and crawl back into their caves.

Do republicons really think anyone wants 'relationship' advice from them?

12. They certainly couldn't say |

that they should have used birth control, or maybe she should have sought an abortion. They are certainly thinking it, but don't have the spine to come out and actually say it. That would break up the synchronized goose-step that projects the illusion of Republican party unification.

14. Grayson's Looking Like He's Having Fun... |
|
He's also picking up much needed campaign cash this way. Every time he shows up like this his contributions take a spike. He also is a "safety valve" from many others in the House; drawing away the attention and fire of the hate radio crowd.
Grayson also knows this is a bloodsport...a game. It's tweaking egos, not only across the aisle but in the corporate media as well. He knows the GOOP playbook (as many of us here do as well) and doesn't shy away from turning tables. Here's hoping there are more Democrats who see how easy it is to beat back the bullies...and a money-maker as well.

21. repukes are unable to pun, joke or zing. |
|
Edited on Thu Dec-10-09 10:02 AM by Javaman
They always fail the basic rule of comedy 101 when trying to zing someone.
Never ever apply the same wording or joke, used against you, in your attempt to zing.
This is right up there with the now famous George Castanza, "jerk store" reply.
This is why there will never ever be a funny repuke comedian.
Because, they know if they want to be funny, they have to have self depreciating humor and as well all know, the last people repukes want to do, is make fun of themselves. Even they know they are easy targets. :)
