11. I don't agree with much of what he's saying but you're right
it's admirable that he's taking this on in a straight forward manner.

I hate what he just said "we're confronting a vicious adversary who abides by no rules". It's completely bushian.

13. Please tell me what rules are being followed by someone who
drives a bomb laden car into a marketplace and detonates it. Or, a plane into a building. As much as I hate these wars, I understand that this behavior is beyond the reach of normal rules of engagement reached by nation states.
