Conservative praise for Nobel speech
http://news.yahoo.com/s/politico/30448
President Barack Obama’s Nobel Peace Prize speech Thursday is drawing praise from some unlikely quarters – conservative Republicans – who likened Obama’s defense of “just wars” to the worldview of his predecessor, Republican George W. Bush.

The remarks drew immediate praise from a host of conservatives, including former GOP House Speaker Newt Gingrich and former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin.

5. Such BS. Only in their DREAMS could dim-wit have given a speech like Obama gave today.
His speech was brilliantly subtle and an incredible balance between realism and idealism. It stands alongside the Cairo speech in my opinon.

If people say it was a speech George W. Bush could have given, it would have to be a GWBush who didn't order torture, a GWBush who wasn't a complete incompetent in prosecuting wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, A GWBush who didn't screw up everything he ever touched, a GWBush who could string three intelligent words together, and GWBush who would ever in a million years been awarded a Nobel Peace Prize.

Funny that Republicans are trying to get some of that Barack Obama magic attached to their most famous idiot!
