Has there been an "Obama Doctrine" declared yet?
If so is it that America does not prosecute War Criminals or Torture? It seems to me the Obama Administration has worked overtime in covering up and preventing any action on America's role in torturing people.

2. Yes
Help comfort the rich, preserve and increase their wealth, and make sure that the military/security complex is fed a rich diet.

5. The Doctrine of Infallibility and Immunity from Criticism
But I'm just venturing a guess based on some of the posts I've been reading tonight.

6. Since he seems to make case-by-case decisions
I don't think it can be called a Doctrine.

It's more than I can say for some of the Dogmatists on DU, who see everything the same, no matter the situation, and have a set answer for any situation whatsoever. It's all very medieval and fundamentalist in nature.

7. Would the same logic apply to the "Bush* Doctrine"?
It was also on a case by case basis...
