What will be the campaign slogan for 2012?

2. Hows about "Palin? LOL"
Or you can insert whatever dark horse the GOP pulls out of their collective ass in place of Palin.

Regardless, he's still better than whatever knuckledragger the GOP is going to throw up on the carpet to run.

Wait, we don't have to wait until 2012 - that's been the case for decades.

13. Sadly, this is by far the most appropriate slogan
There's really no choice.

You can either sit it out and have moderates and faux lefties screaming "Nader!" at you for four fucking years or quietly and without excitement cast a mostly meaningless vote for the lesser evil and go on about your life.

I'll be doing the latter, like always.

18. it depends on who the candidate is.
if the economy/job market is still in the shitter, and combat troops are still in afghanistan- it won't be obama.

23. If the 8% reeeeeeealllly, reeeeealllly want it, yes.
Besides, we're talking about the Democratic nomination, right?

The Party rules require the nomination of a Democrat, and he's the only Democrat left, the rest are all sellouts. Except for Bernie Sanders, who's not a Democrat. And Alan Grayson, but he's a sellout.

25. "Hey, at least I'm better than the other guy!"
Obama is far from being the ideal candidate, but a moderate Democrat like Obama is far better than any Repuke. I don't think we'll see a real progressive candidate make it out of the primaries for a long, long, time.

That's the usual re-election idea, in those words or others.

It's about continuity, we're almost there, can't quit now, we're on the right track, let's keep going, etc.
