Bush initiates TARP funding program - bad (Bush's Fault) Economy gets worse - bad (Bush's Fault) Bankers and Wall Street get bailed out - bad (Bush's Fault)

Banks pay back some of the bailout dollars to apply to the deficit - good! Obama uses the repaid dollars as a jobs-maker (slush fund) - great!

SO Bush's Fault = Obama's Great?

1. They aren't that bright
They should be more worried about banks having less capital to lend. It mystifies their small brains.

2. Pretzel Logic Defined...
Try to get a wingnut to try to square tax cuts and "less government" with big defense spending and getting his "fair share". It's amusing to watch the gynmastic between talking points and insanity.

The game is to turn anything about this administration into bad news...revise history and rebuild Raygun's "shiny city on a hill" myth and right now the wingnuts can enjoy their fantasies as they have no power. Now watch the revisionism if the economy improves that surely will give the credit to boooosh. Right now it's too toxic.
