Highly judgemental and intolerant people are more likely to be conservative. Those people are also more likely to be judgemental/intolerant about certain life experiences, which leads to the feeling of disgust.

I am also a strong liberal. Strange that something as simplistic as a reaction to grossness can predict something as complicated as liberalism or conservatism. :shrug:
