So are we basically back to the Baucus bill now? |

A snark free reply would be appreciated.

What has transpired since then until now was just theatre. The actors are going to be taking their bows soon for extraordinary performances. They had almost given me some hope.

3. Fuck that. Let's go back to the Sanders bill. |
|
The Repukes aren't going to vote for it anyway. Neither are the false "Democratic" cowards. So why cater a shitty bill to them?

4. No, it's probably worse... |

The Baucus bill at least had Cantwell's pseudo-public option for low-income people in the form of a "basic health" plan modelled after the one here in Washington state. But, since Asshole Joe will filibuster ANY public option, that will be out as well. Also, the Baucus bill banned caps on benefits, while the "compromise on the compromise" bill only bans "unreasonable" annual caps.
In other words, it's already worse...and likely to get even more so before the cloture vote. You don't think Joe and the ConservaDems are done yet, do you? Especially now that they know the Dems will cave to whatever they want.
