Man Tasered by police dies
CINCINNATI, Dec. 14 (UPI) -- A man is dead after police used a stun gun on him following a disturbance at an Ohio gas station and subsequent scuffle with officers, authorities said.
The Mason, Ohio, man died after a scuffle with police Sunday night outside a Speedway gas station, where two police officers were inside getting a drink.
Douglas Bouchard, 39, who was a known customer at the gas station, walked in. The clerk, who said he had trouble with Bouchard previously, asked the officers to talk with him, the Web site Cincinnati.com reported Monday.
When they asked Bouchard to come outside, a scuffle ensued, resulting in a head injury to one of the officers. Bouchard stopped breathing after police felled him with the stun gun, the Web site reported.
The officers administered CPR and Bouchard was taken to Chester Medical Center but could not be revived, Cincinnati.com reported.
