Does the current HCR bill have the provision preventing states enacting stronger reform? |

If so, wouldn't its failure free states to come up with more actual, robust options -- like the single payer that California would've had, had Arnie not vetoed it?

so broke or not, their tax dollars are still going to prop up this particular industry...
And in any case, the question remains: Does the bill still contain the provision requested by the insurance industry to prevent states from doing what the Federal government cannot?
