Wealthiest country in the world.
Wealthiest country in the history of our planet and the weakest and most vulnerable citizens are not provided for. And still will not be provided for. Says a lot about the national character.

4. Much of the decline is due to the weak dollar,
and I'm not sure how up to date that list is.

Certainly Iceland is no longer in the top ten.

8. Iceland and Ireland would likely be below us now.
But given the dollar's decline since 2008, several would be above us now, such as Belgium, Germany, France, Canada.
